CCS is a non-denominational homeschool program dedicated to providing students with every opportunity for academic excellence, spiritual depth, and social development within the Victoria community.

Admissions Timeline
Please note: CCS accepts applications up to one year in advance. Once campus capacity is reached, accepted students will be added to a waitlist or may choose our work-from-home track.
Step 1: Submit Your Online Application
Complete the initial Application paperwork online and submit the non-refundable $100 Application Fee
Step 2: Submit Records, Family Interview & Visit
To protect our families, evaluate proper placement, and maintain an efficient timeline, unclear, ambiguous, or incomplete files cannot move forward in the approval process. Crossroads Christian School requires full disclosure of a student’s complete academic and disciplinary background prior to admissions decisions.
Admissions Review Checklist:
☐ Completed Online Application & $100 Application Fee
☐ Academic Records: Official transcript of all high school credits and up-to-date final report cards.
☐ Conduct & Attendance Records: Official attendance and disciplinary history from prior school(s).
☐ Accommodations & Specialized Testing: Standardized test scores, plus full, unedited copies of any active or past IEP, Section 504 plan, behavioral intervention plan, or neuropsychological evaluations.
☐ Health & Immunization: Current, official immunization record.
☐ Student Identification: Government-issued birth certificate and Social Security card.
☐ Guardian Identification: Copy of valid photo IDs for all legal guardians.
☐ Legal/Custodial Paperwork: Certified court decrees regarding custody or guardianship (if applicable).
Once all records above are submitted to the office, contact us to schedule your campus tour, family interview, and optional student shadow day. Student files are only evaluated for acceptance once every item above has been received.
Step 3: Official Acceptance & Final Registration
Once the review process and interview are complete:
- Qualified applicants will receive an official Notice of Acceptance.
- Note: Acceptance is conditional upon the full disclosure and verification of all prior educational and behavioral records.
Step 4: Final Registration & Tuition Setup
Upon receiving your Notice of Acceptance, finalize your student's spot by completing registration and payment:

Registration Fee: Submit the non-refundable $500 registration fee to officially secure your child's seat. (Fees cover curriculum, RenWeb, FACTS, and all required school supplies).

Important: A student’s seat is not secured until the registration fee is paid. All tuition payments processed outside of the FACTS system are subject to a 5% processing fee
💡 Important Admissions Policies
🔒 Secure Records & Texas State Law
In compliance with Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Ann. Chapter 63, private primary schools must request official documentation to verify the name, birth date, and past records of any enrolling child under 11 years of age.
🚫 Discipline History Policy
Subject to Texas law, CCS generally does not accept students with documented criminal histories, juvenile court adjudications, or serious prior discipline problems (including expulsions under Subchapter A, Chapter 37 of the Education Code). Parents may appeal under extenuating circumstances through our general grievance policy.
💰 Financial Responsibility & Account Resolution
Prompt tuition management ensures our school can thrive. Any unpaid balances will result in the immediate termination of enrollment. Official school documents (including diplomas, transcripts, and report cards) will be withheld until accounts are cleared, and the student's Verification of Enrollment will be reported to the State of Texas as "not currently enrolled."
