Our Director's commitment to students, parents, and the community is demonstrated in her passion for the classroom. She understands that no two students enter a classroom with identical abilities, experiences, or needs. Culture, language proficiency, background knowledge, learning style, readiness to learn, and other dynamics can vary widely.
Her experience teaching differentiated and direct instruction takes each student’s unique goals, interests, and needs into account, creating effective instruction and activities to accommodate them.

Gina Fojt is a mentor and role model for each and every student. You can tell she wants to see our youth succeed both spiritually and academically by the way she takes every student to heart. Her influence, example and expertise are vital and share in the vision we have to impact the lives of each and every student here.
She is an active member of her church, has 3 children and has been married for 17 years. She has over 5 years volunteer work in children’s ministries and, in her spare time, is also a caregiver. She loves teaching, camping and volleyball and loves being a servant of the Lord!

Laura began her teaching career as a Title 1 reading specialist for grades 2-5. After teaching during the day, Laura spent her evenings and weekends and summer breaks working in retail. When offered a management position for a major retailer, Laura took the opportunity. She then returned to education after a short period of time and taught at the same campus 1st through 5th grades for the next 27 years. During that time, she was a campus trainer, mentor, gifted and talented campus coordinator and tester, drama coach, curriculum and grant writer, scope and sequence district committee member, district education committee secretary and president, and curriculum unit writer.

Mrs. Jones brings 30 years of public school experience to Crossroads Christian School where she worked with students of all levels in the mainstream classroom and various programs such as Inclusion, Ace and Life Skills. She has specific training in Classroom Management, Job Coaching, Teen Poverty, Teen Suicide Prevention, Autism, CPI, Special Ed., ACE, 504, Computers, Front Office, Nurses Office and Math, Reading, Science and History. Mrs. Jones is friendly, outgoing, reliable, dedicated to the success of students at CCS.
